Cerbos builds the authorization management platform used by engineering, security and platform teams to authorize every identity and govern every decision. Whichever route you take below, a person answers — there is no ticket queue between you and the team that builds the product.

Talk to an engineer

Book a session with a Cerbos engineer. These are working sessions rather than sales calls: bring your authorization model, your current implementation, or a requirement you are not sure how to express as policy, and you will leave with an answer and usually a working policy. Enterprise evaluations, proof-of-concept scoping and migration planning all start here.

Technical support and questions

  • Community Slack — community.cerbos.dev. The fastest route for implementation questions. Cerbos engineers and other users are in there daily.
  • Email — help@cerbos.dev for support, account questions and anything you would rather not ask in public.
  • GitHub — github.com/cerbos for bug reports, feature requests and pull requests against the open-source Policy Decision Point, the SDKs and the integrations.
  • Documentation — docs.cerbos.dev covers installation, policy authoring, the API and every SDK.

Try Cerbos without talking to anyone

You do not need to contact us to start. Cerbos Hub has a free tier and self-serve sign-up, the Cerbos PDP is Apache-2.0 licensed and runs locally with a single container, the playground needs no account at all, and API credentials for a policy store are generated by you in the Hub UI. Pricing is published in full rather than quoted on request.

Security disclosures

Report a suspected vulnerability in Cerbos or in this website to help@cerbos.dev. Please include enough detail to reproduce the issue, and give us a reasonable window to respond before disclosing publicly. Our SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 evidence, subprocessor list and data processing terms are collected on the legal page.
